Cebu City, July 19, 2025 — Team Senator took part in the Don Bosco Job Fair held at Robinsons Galleria Cebu, connecting with hundreds of aspiring maritime professionals. The event gathered a wide audience, including graduating students, alumni, and walk-in jobseekers, all eager to explore career opportunities in the maritime industry.
Represented by Ms. Cass Agbayani (Senior Talent Acquisition Officer) and Ms. Julianne Cajigas (Talent Acquisition Officer), Team Senator showcased its wide range of career pathways available for Filipino seafarers. The team also provided insights into life at sea, the company’s values, and the support systems in place for crew development and welfare.
Beyond recruitment, the event served as a valuable platform for fostering relationships with fellow manning agencies and officials from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). This collaboration has already borne fruit, with the DMW Region VII Director attending the inauguration of Team Senator’s Cebu Branch just days after the job fair.
