Fueled by dedication and teamwork, Senator Crewing Manila held the annual team-building event, in collaboration with Columbia Shipmanagement Manila, at Vista Venice, Morong, Bataan, on October 19-20.
The 2-day refreshing event kicked off with an opening ceremony, followed by the selection of team leaders in each company. The battle cry competition commenced right after, boosting each team’s confidence. A series of outdoor activities were enjoyed by everyone afterward. Day 2 was mostly used for the employees’ recreational activities.
In this year’s team building, Team Senator once again set off on an amazing adventure of cooperation and friendship. The team explored what it meant to work together and support one another through challenging obstacles and moments of happiness. In addition to developing skills, the goal was to create enduring relationships that would improve the workplace culture.
