A magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck Northern Cebu on September 30, 2025, leaving widespread destruction across the towns of Daanbantayan, Bogo City, Medellin, San Remigio, and Tabuelan. Homes were damaged, lives were disrupted, and communities were left in urgent need of support.
In response to the disaster, Senator Crewing Manila-Cebu Branch, a member of the Columbia Group, stepped up to provide immediate relief to affected families. Under the leadership of Capt. Antoc, the Cebu Branch Office mobilized volunteers to prepare and distribute essential supplies. The team packed eco-bags filled with relief goods and delivered sacks of rice to one hundred families in need. They also prepared sandwiches for children in the hardest-hit areas, bringing comfort and nourishment during a difficult time.
This relief effort reflects Team Senator’s unwavering commitment to community care and disaster response. In moments of crisis, compassion and unity become our greatest strengths. Team Senator stands with the people of Cebu and remains dedicated to helping rebuild lives with empathy and action.
