Following the successful opening of Team Senator’s annex office last year, the team kicked off the second quarter of 2025 with the launch of a new branch office—right in the heart of Cebu City’s bustling business park. On May 22, 2025, Team Senator held its first cargo-focused open house recruitment at the Cebu branch, led by Branch Manager Capt. Jestoni Ryan Antoc and Recruiter Angel Echano. They were joined by dedicated crew volunteers: 2M Beltran, 2M Sanico, 4E Gultiano, and AB Quinones. The event began with opening remarks from Capt. Antoc, followed by screening sessions for both officer and rating positions. The job fair ran from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Cebu—known for its vibrant maritime trade in the Visayas region and home to the largest domestic port in the Philippines—is an ideal location for manning agencies to expand. This milestone marks Team Senator’s first step toward expanding beyond Luzon, tapping into a region where many Manila-based industrial and commercial firms maintain a strong presence.
Looking ahead, Team Senator aims to provide even more opportunities for seafarers from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This expansion was driven by the company’s mission to support international crew requirements by supplying high-quality Filipino maritime professionals.
