Founded in 1990, Senator Crewing Manila has been dedicated to providing top Filipino seafarers for global shipping companies.

Senator Crewing Manila was officially established on June 11, 1990, and licensed from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration by August of the same year. Within weeks, we deployed our first Filipino seafarers to vessels operated by Seatrade Groningen and the German NSB Group.

Since then, we have remained committed to providing highly qualified and dependable Filipino seafarers to leading global shipping companies. Our reputation as one of the Philippines’ most respected manning agencies is built on a foundation of professionalism, reliability, and discipline of the Filipino seafarers. This is why in 2024 we became members of the Columbia Group.

1990
Team Senator moved from Reliance Center in Pasig to State Financing Center in Mandaluyong.
1991
Full computerization of the company was completed.
1995
The company received ISO:9001 certification by Germanischer Lloyd.
1998
Team Senator moved to the modern 500-square meter office on the fifth floor of Hyatt Centre in Ortigas Avenue.
2004
Annual deployment exceeded 2,200 Filipino seafarers.
2005
Team Senator received the POEA Top Performer Award, gaining recognition for its capability, compliance, and performance in the industry.
2006
Team Senator recorded a total of 1,652 seafarers serving onboard with 92 container, reefer, and bulk vessels.
2008
Team Senator rented another 500-square meter office space on the fourth floor of Hyatt Centre in Ortigas Avenue.
2012
Team Senator has officially extended its primary business purpose to a full range of crew management services.
2019
Team Senator has moved to the modern 1,091-square meter office space on the eighth floor of 8912 Aseana Avenue at Manila Bay area.
2022
Team Senator has added a new office space of over 600 sqm with seating for 100+ guests on the eighth floor of the west tower at 8912 Asean Ave. Building. Rebranded to Senator Crewing Manila a member of the Columbia Group.
