- The Team Senator Photo Campaign is open for all active Filipino seafarers of Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. , onboard or ashore, 18 years old and above from September 15, 2022- January 16, 2023, until further notice.
- Participants may submit multiple entries during the duration period as long as it follows the guidelines. All entries shall be sent through a designated Jotform link or via e-mail at media@scm.com.ph.
- Entries must comply the following:
- Photo must be recent and has not been used by any organization or agency.
- Photo must be submitted in JPEG format (High Definition and Clear). Blurred photos will not be accepted or disqualified.
- Photo must be originally owned. It must be captured by the participant. Using of photos from google and other platforms are not allowed.
- Photo can be edited or raw. Participants can edit their photo entry as long as it follows the guidelines.
- Photo must not have any written text, date or anything visible on the photo.
- Participants can submit as many entries as they want, but they can only win once. (Submit another entry using the same form)
- The “Project Senator: Teamwork@Sea” Photo Competition Judges have the right to validate the entries based on the mechanics. The point scoring is as follows:
- Compliance to the guidelines – 10 Points
- Quality of entry – 40 Points
- Relevance to the theme – 50 Points
- Chosen entries will receive the following prizes:
- The overall winner with the highest points will receive the GRAND PRIZE – 4K LCD Sports Action Camera with Optional Bundle Accessories and other giveaway items from Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc.
- The first runner up will receive – Smartwatch Fitness Tracker IP68 Water Resistant Bluetooth and other giveaway items from Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc.
- The second runner up will receive – Foldable Earphone Bluetooth 5.0 Headphone Headset and other giveaway items from Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc.
- Winners will be announced and posted in January 2023, on the Official Facebook Page(s) and will be instructed by the official representative on the claiming process. All chosen entries will be notified no other than via Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc.’s Facebook page, or via e-mail at media@scm.com.ph.
- The winners will be notified through their email and facebook account for the claiming process. Prizes may be claimed in our Office or shipped through their preferred courier service.
