Through the generosity of SCM’s clients, NSB GROUP (REEDEREI NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG) and CSMCY (Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd. Cyprus), the restoration of a building at Bonga Menor Elementary School was made possible following the destructive supertyphoon Yolanda in 2013. Awarded to Capt. Gilbert G. Garcia on July 11, 2014, this plaque signifies recognition for their voluntary help.
