The first week of my OJT proved to be quite challenging as I found myself in an unfamiliar territory.

Still, I was fortunate to be surrounded by kind and supportive colleagues who recognized my struggles and extended their help.

With there guidance and support, the rough weeks of my OJT gradually transformed into periods of growth and progress.

The unity and resilience of the crew members further contribute to a simplified and convenient working environment on the ship

As a result, I thoroughly enjoy my job at Wan Hai Lines and intend to remain with the company until my retirement.

Senator helped me provide for my family's necessities and save up for my long-term plan which includes managing my own business and buying properties. I expresses my gratitude to Senator for providing and making my desires come true

What I could advice would be hard work. Second, be very patient and lastly, the most important thing is never forget where you started and who are the people who helped you to reach the life you envisioned.

My experience with Senator Crewing Manila is something that I will forever treasure and remember because it is with them that I feel I am important and I feel that everything is being taken care of for me. They have provided me with everything I needed, fast processing of papers, approachable and friendly staffs, and a company who appreciates their employees. In my -- years of experience working as a seafarer, I can finally say that I found the best company to work with and a company to call my second home.

It's been 2 months now working here onboard P&O spirit of France. Time and day go by very fast when it is busy. Senator Crewing is a company that performs well in the term and conditions of employment, also the welfare of the crew onboard. In an environment that is free from harassment and intimidation, everyone is treated fairly and equally. The crew has the same opportunity to achieve good relationships, and have a chance to speak up when we should. I am blessed and thankful, that I've got this reputable manning agency that I work for that look after the crew and new applicants without any discrimination from the start of the recruitment process, medical examination, documentation process, training, etc, 

The senators' team is always there to back you up. Flight details till joining the vessels become easy for us. They are very helpful and professional to assist us without any hesitation cause they are very kind and humble people with a positive attitude always willing to help make us comfortable talking and dealing with them becomes easy. 

I really appreciate the support of Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc has given us from the very start, I'm proud to say this is simply the best manning agency (it's not about a beautiful ship, it's all about the crew and who they are). Senator Crewing Manila completely complies with the terms and conditions of employment it has very good clients in the shipping industry. The management and staff are always amazing with positive feedback and give you a chance no matter what the circumstances.

Sharing this with my colleagues on board who have the same experience we are grateful for the way they are dealing with us in a nice way. If you want to be a successful seafarer don't lose hope, be positive and confident that you can achieve your dreams.

Sa dami ng agency na napasahan ko ng CV ko, Nag process ng pag sampa ko, kayo lang po yung may mga staff na napaka polite po makipag usap sa aming mga seafarers. Kahit alam po naming nakukulitan na kayo sa mga tanong namin mga paalisin nyo sige pa rin po kayong sagot ng sagot without changing your mood. Nananatili po kayong naka smile at sobrang polite talaga kaya the best po talaga kayo. Pagdating namin po sa pag process ng papers namin napakabilis at organized lahat kaya wala akong masasabing negative sa Senator kasi napaka “easy to approach” nyo pong lahat ng mga taga Team Senator.

The company has a very accommodating staff, I may have posed a number of questions as a job applicant, at ang bilis ng response nila, for just a month and a half I am now on board here in Spirit of Britain, sa tulong ng mga mababait na staff kaya thank you so much for giving me a chance to be part of your team.
