The first week of my OJT proved to be quite challenging as I found myself in an unfamiliar territory.
Still, I was fortunate to be surrounded by kind and supportive colleagues who recognized my struggles and extended their help.
With there guidance and support, the rough weeks of my OJT gradually transformed into periods of growth and progress.
