On January 31, 2006, Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. was given the Top Performer Award for its good performance and compliance with the POEA rules.

On April 30, 2014, Luneta Elementary School awarded REEDEREI NSB and Columbia Shipmanagement in cooperation with Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. for their support to the school, making the reconstruction of the damaged two-room building following the super typhoon Yolanda possible.

Through the generosity of SCM’s clients, NSB GROUP (REEDEREI NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG) and CSMCY (Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd. Cyprus), the restoration of a building at Bonga Menor Elementary School was made possible following the destructive supertyphoon Yolanda in 2013. Awarded to Capt. Gilbert G. Garcia on July 11, 2014, this plaque signifies recognition for their voluntary help.

NSB GROUP (REEDEREI NSB Niederelbe Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG) and CSMCY (Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd. Cyprus) appreciate Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. for its outstanding performance in caring for seafarers and their families who were affected by the supertyphoon Yolanda in 2013.

This award was given to Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. on March 18, 2016 for establishing linkages to other private maritime schools for the development of future Filipino officers and engineers. The selected graduates of Lyceum International Maritime Academy (LIMA) were sent to Gigamare Subic for additional company specific enhancement training prior their deployment to NSB group managed vessels.

Several female Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Cadets have benefited from the sponsored shipboard cadetship program of the NSB Group and CSM since 2015, with the help of Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. These female former cadets of the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) are now serving as active PCG officers. The certificate given on October 18, 2018 recognizes Senator Crewing (Manila) Inc. for its support to PCG.

On September 20, 2019, the Coast Guard Education Training And Doctrine Command (CGDETDC) under the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) recognized Senator Crewing (Manila), Inc. for its services and contributions to the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PCG-PMMA) Cadetship and Scholarship Program
