Responsibilities

  • Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
  • Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

Qualifications

Studying toward a degree in human resource management or psychology.

  • Able to work independently

  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Honest, industrious, and dedicated to the job
  • Pleasing personality and decent appearance
