On February 27th, Captain Gilbert Garcia, Ms. Anya de Leon, Ms. Maxine Francisco, and Chief Engineer Mansor, representing Senator Crewing Manila, along with Mr. Tychonas Agisilaou, the owner’s representative of Columbia Shipmanagement Manila, extended their gratitude to Administrator Sonia Malaluan for graciously accepting their courtesy visit request.
