After years of not being able to hold activities in person due to the pandemic, Team Senator finally had the opportunity to come together and build their relationship with each other through the Team Building 2022 held at White Rock Waterpark. The employees were expected to solidify their teamwork as they participated in team building exercises and fun-filled activities.
Team building is not just about creating a team of individuals aligned in their goals to win the games. It’s also about creating a companionship that encourages everyone to learn from each other, collaborate, and support one another. It aims to strengthen the bond of all Senator Crewing Manila’s employees as they learn from the experience and from each other. While Senator Crewing Manila Inc. believes that work is important, they also believe that employees’ relaxation and well-being matter.
The employees were divided into four teams–Yellow, Red, Blue, and Green–consisting of 12 members each. The teams participated in games and friendly competitions. All the teams put in a great amount of effort, wanting to win and earn all the points every game.
The team building exercise showed the employees’ hard work, determination, and drive to achieve their goals. Despite the intense competition and friendly banter, the teams cheered on each other, showing solidarity among the employees. The Green Team came home with the grand prize while the Red Team and Blue Team tied in first place and the Yellow team placed second. Following the success of the Team Building 2022, SCM is committed to coming up with more initiatives that are centered around employees to strengthen their teamwork and create a safe space where they can freely enjoy and express themselves.
