The Labor month of May – in commemoration of the hard work and dedication of our Seafarers, Senator Crewing Manila took part at the annual PESO Iloilo City Job fair. Ilonggo seafarers warmly welcomed Team SCM wherein paved the way to the vast opportunities SCM could offer. It was an excellent chance for us to interact with our Ilonggo job seekers in the hopes of conveying the path to fulfill their target with our assistance.
Month of June- To commemorate our devoted mariners on their day, Team Senator prepared a simple celebration as a platform to recognize their sacrifices and the dedication they exemplify in their selfless endeavors.
In addition, Block Film Screening was arranged for the Senator Crewing Manila Team- A great way to connect, recharge and thrive together not only inside but also outside of the workplace. By incorporating these activities, it fosters staff camaraderie, leading to productivity that promotes a work-life balance.
