Team Senator organized the first-ever Cruise Open House held at the office hosted by the Cruise Team. Ms. Ayumi and Ms. Christine broadcasted a Facebook livestream during the event to keep crew members who could not make it to our office up to date. It was more than just a gathering; it was a testament to the power of community and demonstrating the potential of each individual who aspires to grow and prosper in their career.
We were delighted to welcome 101 applicants who took the time to showcase their unique backgrounds and skills sets. Throughout the day, we engaged them with a short program flow, which included an introduction of the Cruise Team and information about all the passenger ships. We also discussed the application requirements, and the qualifications needed for future onboard positions.
Beyond the professional connections forged, this event plays a vital role in helping seafarers achieve their dreams both at sea and beyond. Team Senator extends a heartfelt thank-you to all the applicants for attending.
