The Second General Meeting was held in AMOSUP Convention Hall Intramuros last 9th of August. During the event, the invited guest speaker – Rep. Ron P. Salo (Kabayan Partylist Representative) tackled about significant proposals, Particularly the Magna Carta of Seafarers, Kabayan OFW Pension System, and the Migrant Worker Relations Commission.
The presented initiatives and policies that was discussed is aiming at improving the welfare and protection of Filipino seafarers. Senator Crewing Manila consistently attend meetings, to stay informed, connected and proactive in addressing challenges and opportunities of our crew. We believe that being part of PAMAS INTERMAP gives the manning industry a voice that allows us to advocate for strategies and methods that will benefit the interests and welfare of our beloved seafarers.
