In celebration of the Christmas Season, Senator Crewing Manila Inc. got into the holiday spirit, leading up to the team’s yearly Christmas party themed “Glitz and Glam” last December 15, 2023. The event was organized by Ms. Carla Brimon, the team’s HR/Admin Officer, which turned out so well, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the enthusiastic involvement of the staff.
During the event, Captain Gilbert Garcia took the stage to present opening remarks and deliver a year-end state-of-the-business address, addressing staff concerns, introducing future plans, and reinforcing the team’s commitment to meeting employee needs. In the end of the SOBA, Capt. Garcia acknowledged the pivotal figures supporting Senator, encompassing managers and the core team.
This acknowledgment was a gesture of gratitude for their unconditional commitment to sustain the operations. The event was not just about business; it was a celebration of the collective efforts that have propelled Team Senator forward throughout the year.
After the inspiring address, Ms. Christine Samonte of Accounting Department and Ms. Gianelli Manchete the Crew and Family Welfare hosted, bringing activities and games that made everyone smile and laugh, fostering a sense of unity among the team. Then the team was showered with prizes and raffle giveaways as tokens of appreciation for their hard work. It was a heartwarming conclusion to a year filled with challenges and successes.
December was a month of giving, connecting, and celebrating achievements at Team Senator.
