A two-day workshop took place on January 4 and 5 at our main office, titled “Quality Management Workshop.” The sessions were skillfully facilitated by Ms. Anna Ureta, our Assistant Quality Manager. The primary objective of this workshop was to actively engage the staff and enhance their awareness of quality management practices.
The workshop was meticulously designed to reorient the SCM team on the core principles of QMS. Departing from traditional training methods, the workshop infused a dynamic and enjoyable learning experience through interactive activities. These activities were strategically incorporated to actively engage participants, ensuring that the journey towards understanding QMS was not only informative but also enjoyable.
The workshop’s success was evident in the active participation of team members, who not only gained valuable insights into quality management intricacies but also contributed to discussions with their perspectives and experiences. Initial feedback has been positive, emphasizing the effectiveness of the interactive approach.
Looking ahead, SCM plans to build on this success with future workshops and training sessions, fostering a continuous learning culture within the team. The QMS workshop has undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impact on the team’s understanding of critical organizational processes.
